What is going on with Liveaquaria?

Recently, i have had lots of trouble receiving livestock and frozen food orders from LA. I had to wait wait wait and finally an automated email states that my krder is cancelled because it too so long for them to ship. Same thing with frozen food orders too. Is it just me or is it kind of widespread scenario?
Also, they cancelled the live dive sale abruptly.
