Came home and my Chalice coral did this! I have no clue that it is… my toadstool did slime 24 hours ago is that a catalyst?

Mesenterial filaments I think. They are full of stinging cells. Perhaps it has decided you need less frags on the rack
 
The lorax of the corals… i will get another rack tomorrow!
