He’s about 1 week old, I had did a 25% water change because there was food in the sand he didn’t want and I was low on water from evaporation, he seems to be fine he just ate and is swimming normaly, but he has this white spot or pimple I guess it’s from stress?

IMO it wont change color and will remain white like a pimple. might move around and change spot on the fish. i have noticed this lately i am still in process of finding out what it is. copper is not successful, nor antibiotics. (already tried) i have a feeling its a virus of some sort more closer to lymph or different strain of lymp.
