What is the “baby” euphyllia looking coral on my sand bed

Yeah, my candy is experience more direct flow from the rest of the LPS. You can see more of these “spawns” are attached to the cane on tbe back side. My original post was curious what these are? Also, side question about direct flow, is that an issue for SPS?

Sps seem to enjoy that flow
