What is this bivalve like thing???

I can't see clearly but look more like a feather duster to me. However, if it is a clam, then it is some sort of filter feeder clam that attach to the rock ( your torch in this case). Unless you feed your tank with a lot of filter feeder food, they don't last too long in our tank.
