What is this chalice?

I got this piece from a friend a few years ago and it has slowly become one of my favorite pieces as it has grown out recently. I would like to know if anyone has an idea of what this is? Thanks in advance.

Nice name. The closest I've seen is the ltr kalistro. But not as much blue in mine.
