It is the only Coral in the tank that is not going so well.....

Looks like some kind of gorgonian.. they like higher flow with med/low lighting. Can you get a brighter pic?

Need a little better picture but appears to be a Sea Whip or Sea Rod.

Sea whip. They need high flow and some food in the water column like phyto plankton type food.

Most are not photosynthetic so they need to be fed unlike the typical lps/sps (but highly debated).
