Peanut worm: Reef Safe. They eat detritus and left over fish food. They live in the sand bed. They're actually kind of rare to find in the ocean.

They also can be found living in a Dendro coral(Walking Dendro). The worm moves the Dendro around the sand bed as it forages for food. You can probably find a video of it.
