What is this creature in my tank?

Hey guys, I'm new to this site and posting things on line, but i am not new to saltwater tanks. I neglected mine for about a year and a half. I found this thing in there and I'm not sure what it is. Does anyone know?

Well thank you. I'm not sure how it got there. Or how big it gets. I guess I can google it.

I've had this tank for about 3 years and I have not put any new livestock because I neglected it for a long time. I'm an alcoholic in recovery, but while I was drinking I neglected everything. Ihave 2 clown fish, 1 fox face and these guys... they have been very resistant. Thank you so much for your help.
