What is this elegance doing

What is this trying to do just got it started turning brown in some tentacles then transfered tanks to prevent disease in other corals and now this

Far past saving, would be shocked if you could. It's most likely a goner Are parameters in check?

Starting tank was really good but it looked like this before the tank change and didn't want it to affect other corals this was the last ditch effort to save it without distroying the other tanks coral
