I have observed that in the past week some sort of brown spots are appearing on my sand bed and a bit on some rocks, not sure if this will become some sort of algae outbreak ? My tank has been running for a month with fish I used dry rock and cycled with bacteria.

Is there a way to stop it or get rid of it ? Or will it go away by its self ?
It will normally go away on its own as long as there isn't a source of free silicates.

Using tap water can keep it from going away. Otherwise, it is very rare for it to last more than a few weeks.
