What is this white spot

What do you guys think this large white spot is???? His coloring is good and he is breathing normal

Do you have any tank mates in there? It looks like a bruise. It also looks like it's fins are a little battered so that could indicate a bacterial infection. Recommend treating with kanaplex and furan-2

The image isn't super clear so someone correct me if I'm wrong

the only other tank mates is a wrasse. There was a blue tang but I took him out over a week ago. He eats like a pig but I can’t get him to eat kanaplex

You don't need him to eat kanaplex you can dose straight into the water.

I came home from a work trip and my gf was watching the tank and now he looks like this. Tanks a little dirty but not to bad and ammonia is at 0. PLEASE someone help. He went from looking amazing to this. The only other tank mate is a wrasse
