THESE ARE TUBE WORMS WHICH USE THEIR FANS TO CAPTURE FOOD. You can break them off at the base of the tube
What are these little hair like things at the bottom of the stem on this Duncan? There are three of them, should I be worried? Or remove?

IMO no need to remove, the are not harmful.... Unless you do not like how they look.

they really only need to removed if you don't like how they look, they're harmless filter feeders
Might be vermetid snails. If they have a hard tube then vermetid snails, I'd recommend scraping them off before they spread.
They are harmless filter feeders.
