Hard to see thought it was aiptasia but the blue in it I can't figure out

Looks like a feather duster. But tough to tell, lil far for my eyesight. =)
 
Mine too but best I could zoom in with on my phone sorry not a great pic
 
Only reason I say feather duster is, it appears that its moving with the water.
