What is this?

What is this and is it good or bad?
It's on the bottom of the rock right where it meets the sand. It looks like a small anemone

Look up aptasia or majano anemone if it looks like one of those it is a bad anemone

Looks like a Ricordea mushroom to me.

It might be a bubble mushroom

This one is mine and its is called bubble Mushroom they do look very similar
