My mushroom hopped off a rock what is this?

Looks like your mushroom was walking along and hopped off the rock, what it left behind should become new mushrooms :)
 
When will it become a new mushroom it has been like this for two weeks?

It can take a bit, It took my red mushroom almost a month to pop new heads. Just give it time, and keep good water parameters and soon you'll have new mushrooms :)
