Hi all, I have a 4 month old 40 gallon aquarium. I'm hoping someone can tell me if this green is a normal part of a maturing tank. All readings are normal. I did a 20% water change 12 days ago. We have 2 clowns, a gramma, firefish, fire shrimp and 4 turbo snails.

Are you dosing any chemicals in the tank? It almost looks like a form of Cyanobacteria to be honest.

What should be diatoms is getting excessive white light intensity.
Reduce white light intensity and add some snails: turbo, nassarius, astrea and nerite and a handful of blue leg hermit crabs.
By chance, is your tank at or near a window?

Thank you! I was figuring it was the white LED.
