What is wrong with my zoas?

also id say your Nitrate is low mike. My nitrate is at 10 right now and my zoas (biggest utter chaos) are open about an inch
What is a good way of raising it?

Everywhere online I have heard that being as close to zero as possible is ideal.
If you have a tank full of Acros....

SPS = clean water of around 2ppm NO3 and nearly undetectable PO4 at 0.1

LPS = highly nitrogenous water at around 10-20ppm NO3 and PO4 still rather low at 0.5ppm

I have a a 30 gallon and I have four clown fish and a neon dolly back, I have flatworms so maybe if I got a six line wrasse it may help with that and possibly raise the nitrates? Or would that not work well? All of the fish that I have right now get along really well.
