What is your coral $ amount threshold?

So what is the maximum $$$ amount you would spend on a coral you really wanted? My threshold is $500-$600

If it's a very unique piece I'd go $500. Something like a Acanthophyllia, super orange hammer, or something like that. Frags of anything, I'm not dropping more than $100 and it has to be a proven piece. No chop shop rip offs for me.

The highest I paid for a piece of coral to date is 300. Last year I paid for a piece for 100 I said to myself that would be the highest I would pay for a piece, now I am thinking of buying a Krak after the holiday. So now I stop putting a limit, this addiction had me going, thinking it's all an investment for the future...but I do not think I would ever sell, love my corals too much, beside; the reason why I bought a certain coral is to satisfy my cravings.

Its hard to be an 18 year old high schooler with all the crazy stuff in this hobby! Most ive spent was 290 on a rainbow chalice frag but when I'm older, I'm scared to just think about how much money I will pump into my sickness hahaha
