What is Your Current Tank Size? Are You Happy With It?

I'm happy with it. I think it's important that the tank fits the room it's in. Huge tanks in small rooms are overwhelming and don't look good. Bigger would've been nice, but I didn't want to overpower the space I picked out for it.

I like the idea of a large tank, but keeping them on the smaller side is good for me, They fill in faster, easier to maintain, less monthly cost. My 3 systems are 10, 29, and about 50 g,

This one is of 400g . Doing this 40 years, and as you can imagine, Ive been through many sizes and find its the bigger tanks that are satisfying-forgiving- reduced maintenance and room for everything I desire to place in tank.
As many are aware, I will be going to a 1500g tank and not sure if thats still big enough for my liking but any bigger, I wont get it through the door.

I've had a variety of tanks over the years and had a 6ft DSA 200g for about 9 years. Been happy with it but now want an even bigger/longer one 8ft ~300g or at least a second tank maybe smaller. For many of us that's just the nature of the hobby wanting more. Don't let anyone lie bigger is better (more expensive aside)

I’m really happy with my Waterbox cube 25 peninsula (90 litres), and I plan to stick with it for a good while. At some stage I plan to buy the waterbox marine x 60.2 (200 litres) but that would be a separate tank, and I doubt I would ever go bigger than that really.

20 gallon and 29 gallon. . . they work great. . . would love a 60 gallon breeder or 30-60 frag style tank. . . need a bigger house. . .and more money. . .

I've been keeping saltwater tanks (FOWLR and reef) since the early 90's. The biggest tank I've owned was a 75, had a 65, 16, 10, 30, 45 and now, back to a 65. I like keeping multiple smaller tanks, so I can do specific things with them. Current line-up is a 10, 30 and 65.

My current tank is 32.5 gallons (fluval flex) I am extremely happy with it and I wouldn't get rid of it. BUT I am 100% looking for a larger tank to build in the future. I love my tank and the way its set up, but I am missing having a large tank for the sheer options of inhabitants that I can put into it!

Having a smaller tank AND being a reef tank, I feel my options are extremely limited. Going larger FOWLR and maybe some corals that I don't mind if they get nipped at will greatly increase my options.

My tank size is 375 gallon. I am happy with it but ask my family about this. They think that tank is very big and huge space and is waste of money(especially my wife)

260 gallon total system volume, with a 180 gallon DT, 20 gallon remote display fuge, and 60 gallon sump. Operating volume is roughly 215 gallons. The system was originally designed to go in a different location in the house, but had to be set up somewhere else. This led to me having to reinforce the floor underneath. Had I known it was going to "live" in its current location, I would have gone much larger. Don't get me wrong, I am happy with it, but I can't help imagining a 10 foot tank.

Originally started with a 10 gal, then went to a 55 gal, both bare bottom FOWLR. Then took a roughly 25 year break, and got back into it about a year ago with a Fluval EVO 13.5, this time with corals, and a sand bed. The old tanks, both with real ocean live rock, never really had an ugly phase, and I found it a real challenge getting past that on my current 13.5 that I started with dry rock. I am enjoying the current tank but I'm already looking ahead to something bigger in another year or two. I've been eyeing the Tenecor Reefpoint 75gal AIO that has the oversized chambers, because I just don't want to deal with sumps and plumbing. Next time though, I'm going bare bottom again, and will start with real live rock.

My tanks are only 20 and 30 gallons and my family thinks they are a huge waste of money. . . especially my wife. . . I feel your pain.
