Retired engine builder/machine shop owner. Built everything from lawnmower to experimental aircraft engines, and everything in between. Agricultural stuff, antiques, racers, you name it.
Always nice when you drop by. Don’t be a stranger. The lounge isn’t that active here, but it has plenty of moments. Fair mods. Content is pretty much the same. Lots of good info. Hope all is well. Go Cubs!

Hi, sorry if I dI’d not say so earlier.

That is cool. My cousin is in Japan doing the same. He went mid way thru college as part of his degree and now has been there 7 years and loves it. Just got married. He loves Japanese culture, but says it is expensive to live there. He does subcontractor game translation for Sony and other companies to help out.
No worries! Yeah I love living overseas. In China, cost of living is much lower. I'm actually getting pretty serious with a Chinese girl so I might follow the same path!

(Daylight savings) it really messes u up
Somebody was a little bit to much drunk and took out a telephone pole a tree and two street signs. Must of been going pretty fast to do sooo much damage

Awesome! I'm a drafter for power utilities! (And mechanical engineer college student) I work for a contractor for Southern California Edison power company. Stay safe! That's a dangerous job you're doing!
