I think he’s talking about an orange shoulder tang in another post he’ll probably put that in the 10 gallon.

Hey, I mean it's better than 10 gallons!
I’ll be a little more fair though. It is only about 3 1/2” long, and is the only tang in the tank. A 1” fish is tough to raise regardless of tank size.

Why do people troll on here? What’s the purpose?
Young and board I guess, I think this maybe the same person with a few names. He has the same MO. Did you read some of his post?

You can ask @revhtree or @Daniel@R2R but I believe they have ways to prevent multiple users with the same name. Frankly - the question allows people to express their opinion - because I guarantee you that elsewhere in the US someone has a tang in a 10 gallon tank - at least he or she asked the question. and there are 2 foot long 10 gallon tanks for sale (1x2x2 feet)

I was one of those people - but it was an emergency hospital setup and it was a lot of work to maintain for 30 days. 6 fish in 10 gallons required roughly 50% water changes every 2-3 days to keep parameters acceptable.

I wouldn’t recommend it.

Hospital tank is definitely a different kind of a situation. A tang in a 10 gall9n is kind of like cutting people open- generally not recommended except under specific circumstances for medical reasons.

Note - I didn't recommend it either - but it's a valid question. And it seems like a lot of people are accusing the Op of being a troll with no reason to do so.
