What makes your reef flow?

I use 2 MP40's on ReefCrest mode. They used to be on short pulse mode in antisync making waves but after playing around with them a bit the coral seems much happier with reefcrest

On my 65 I have two modded Tunze 6045's and on my 93 I have two K4's modded with suregrip impellers.

I have a 40g (24" x 18" x 22") that has one MP20 (run at 100% on purple/yellow mode, I switch it up) and one Koralia 1 at the bottom in the back corner where the MP20 doesnt reach very well.
