What Now!?!?!?

I check my tank multiple times per evening. Always looking, always checking things out, as I am new to this. I have been through quite a lot. I have quarantined all corals that have gone into my tank while it has been running fallow from ick. I thought nothing tonight. All of the sudden, I looked over and saw that my Acan was shrinking up, which it never does. Then I saw the thing that doesn't look like it has a body, but is white with Beady black eyes!!!! What the crap is that!?? And then what do I do about it!?!?

Looks like the acan heads are fighting over a piece of mysis shrimp. Did you feed mysis?

Thats exactly what I thought, my acans sometimes go after the same piece lol
