This stuff has been growing on my corals and on my rocks and I literally have never seen it before ever, can someone ID this weird stuff for me?

Not sure on kind but I agree to sponge. I would guess it's a common caribbean sponge species. Noticed near identical growing from wild ricordeas on live rubble I got from that area.

How do I get rid of it? It’s smothering my pipe organ coral

Well you could pull it out with tweezers, or expose it to air. Chances are though it would grow back. Could also be one of those sponges that tend to disappear over time as well. Similar to my case they are gone now.
