My primary go to sites are saltwateraquarium.com and premiumaquatics.com. I also occasionally use bulkreefsupply.com and aquacave.com.

Saltwateraquarium.com typically has the best prices, plus you get free items and points for purchases. They also let you use Amazon check out, so if you have an Amazon prime card, you can get an additional 2-5% rewards back on your Amazon prime card.

If there is any company shipping from a location very close to you that may be an important factor.
I live close enough to BRS that orders show up within 24 hours (usually within 48 hours), so I use them the most.

I've bought most of the equipment for my new build from SatlwaterAquarium and I've been happy with them. Feels like you're dealing with actual people, not corporate drones.

I bought my eShopps Mariner 100 from FishTanksDirect for just $2,499 with free shipping and no tax, saving me $750 over anywhere else. I get the impression they were just drop shipping, but it was delivered in a reasonable time with no issues.

I have an open order with Aquarium Supply Online for Octo 4's and a Hydros WE, which I had trouble finding anywhere else. I found ASO only because they're fairly close to me, in Albany, NY and Google Maps suggested them. I figured I'd get items sooner because of proximity... well, six days in I have no notice of shipping, or anything being out of stock... only an invoice. When I call I get VM. If I receive no response soon I'm calling the credit card folks to cancel the order. Curious if anyone has experience with them.

I've noticed many comments like this about BRS. I've ordered a couple of things from them without trouble, though as I said above I generally use SA. I'm curious about the hate for BRS-- I have no skin in the game, just curious.
