I just invested in a par meter and its hard to get consistant/clear par stats for coral wellbeing. Very controversial topic which has been asked many times before however the responses are so varied.

1)What do you guys and girls consider low, medium and high light levels to be in par?

2) What par readings do you go for on the bed, halfway and at the top of your rockwork?

Heres are my readings at different areas of the tank. Pretty varied but I think I'm in the right ball park.
