What salt mix should I use? I have a 500 gallon per day rodi.

What salt mix should I use? I’m looking at a tank that’s about 160 gallons total system volume.

I think it is going to depend. You want to pick something that closely aligns with the parameters you plan on keeping your tank at. From there things like how long it takes to mix, how clean it mixes, how long it can be stored, cost, etc. could all be a factor.

its such a loaded question. What parameters do you wanna keep? That really chooses your salt.

I use Fritz RPM blue box.
~8.5 alk
~430 cal
~1400 mag

For me thats perfect and my LFS order it in bulk so its easy to get and relatively cheap.
