What should I do with these spare lights

After getting some kessil a360s for my tank it now leaves me with 2 Red Sea RL50s. In my tank I have an Angel and running low flow and light so it doesn’t make for a good sps tank. Was wondering if I did a 20 gallon high or breeder and made a fishless tank to grow some sps. If this is a decent idea what equipment should I run

Get some quality live rock, a skimmer and a wave maker and you're ready to go. A single dosing pump for All for Reef and maybe an ato would be nice also
