What the heck are these things crawling around?

I noticed this little snail looking thing the other day and I thought it was just one of my snails without a shell but now I realize it's too small to be any of my snails I have. I also realized this long looking worm type thing crawling pretty quickly on the rocks. What are these?

How did they get there though lol. I definitely didn't put them in there. Atleast not knowingly. And what about the worm like thing?

Hitchhiked in live rock, corals, or chaeto.

Must have been the coral then because I started with dry rock and I don't have any chaeto.
