Almost look like mini shrimp or mosquitos. I am worried they will eat my anemones given enough time , anything to worry about? What are they?

Reason I am worried one/two of my nems has lost tentacles and appears almost as if they were eaten/ rest of tentacles and nem is fine

Really difficult to tell from that video but maybe isopods?

Ye it’s very hard to get on video, they swarm at night, will follow light and have a little tiny bit of red to them

Also posting anemone in question , like half of its tentacles went missing and are now regrowing , I’ve never seen it happen like that #r#reefsquad

Bump , is it time to get a wrasse or not feed fish for a couple of days?

Hard to tell from video but based on what I can see and your description I believe the may be mysis shrimp. I have thousands and come out after lights are out.

At night, take a flashlight and shine it on them. You should see their glowing red eyes.

Here’s another video I shot , maybe this will help?

Was it in an area of really high flow or intense light?
I have a magnifica that relocated to the back wall of my tank a while ago and it’s tentacles near the surface are stubby like that

Potentially high light , my flow isn’t crazy. The par where it’s at is likely only 200-300 max though
