Almost look like mini shrimp or mosquitos. I am worried they will eat my anemones given enough time , anything to worry about? What are they?

Reason I am worried one/two of my nems has lost tentacles and appears almost as if they were eaten/ rest of tentacles and nem is fine

Ye it’s very hard to get on video, they swarm at night, will follow light and have a little tiny bit of red to them

Also posting anemone in question , like half of its tentacles went missing and are now regrowing , I’ve never seen it happen like that #r#reefsquad

Was it in an area of really high flow or intense light?
I have a magnifica that relocated to the back wall of my tank a while ago and it’s tentacles near the surface are stubby like that

Potentially high light , my flow isn’t crazy. The par where it’s at is likely only 200-300 max though
