YupWas this observed with microscope?
Neither of those have eyesSamsung says it's either a species of Trachelomonas or a ciliate of some sort
While some sort of mollusk larvae is a good guess, because of the eyespots, I'm inclined to think they're polychaete (bristleworm) larvae.Neither of those have eyes
Google came back and said snail baby or bivalve
Oh man I should have dumped them down the drain lolWhile some sort of mollusk larvae is a good guess, because of the eyespots, I'm inclined to think they're polychaete (bristleworm) larvae.
Regardless, mollusk or polychaete, they're trochophore larvae of some variety.

It's definitely possible - I'm not sure which kind of critter with larvae like this would lay an egg sac; pretty neat to see!So a quick search shows this about bristle worm reproduction

These things were definitely in a “sac” of some sort - seen below![]()
So maybe, hopefully not more bristle worms
So at first I was gonna leave it and go to sleep and then I could t sleep so I have to get the microscope out! But then had dreams of alien invasions coming from my tank lolIt's definitely possible - I'm not sure which kind of critter with larvae like this would lay an egg sac; pretty neat to see!
If you can see this thing so clearly without microscope, it's really impossible not to throw it into the sewer.so I have to get the microscope out!
So yes I could see the egg sac…but not the critters….If you can see this thing so clearly without microscope, it's really impossible not to throw it into the sewer.
