Alright folks bought a new coral today at lfs but I have got home and it seems the guy has given me a different one than I thought I had chosen !!! The one I have he told me it goes on sand bed and will move to find a good spot for light but since I was looking at a different one than he was I am not actually sure what I have and what way round I should have it, this is maybe a stupid question but hey I just don't know haha, I have put photos of it round both ways hopefully some of u can help me out here.

Thanks :-))

Thanks

It's a plate coral and yes, it will travel :) pic 1 is how it should be. Just watch out, sometimes they travel at night and can sting your corals.
