I just noticed these recently on my glass. Anyone know whta they are?

Some are anchored to the glass and some crawl around.
Do they resemble the one here?

No they have defined leggs and it looks to be three "attenae" on their heads.

Looks like dorvilleidae, yeah. Little detritivorous worms that won't really get any bigger than that. Harmless. Those are bristles, not legs.
