I’m a big fan of the fairy wrasses for their color but I see people say they need 3 feet

Fairy Wrasses really need 4 feet of space, a Flasher Wrasse might work in a 3 foot long tank. Having had a Red Head Salon Fairy Wrasse in a 30 inch long tank before I found out the hard way. They are very active, get very stocky in girth and feel cramped in smaller tanks. My Red Head Salon Fairy Wrasse was good for about a week and then snapped and started chasing everything in the tank. It even did a stare down and chase of my Mandarinfish (even my Flame Angel left my Mandy alone). Your Biocube is too small for a fairy wrasse to be happy, that's all there is to it. Pink Streaked or Possum are really your only options for wrasses in a tank that size.

I thought you said you are not a fan of the line wrasses in your earlier posts. They are cool, very active and can add a lot of movement in your tank.
But as they get bigger, they get aggressive. Being active they can get territorial. So can the other fish handle that? Second if you put 3-4 aggressive fish in a 29, will there be a constant battle for territory? May be May be NOT.

Here are your options
Possum (better for other fish)
Pink Streak (better for other fish)
Line Wrasse (take your chance)

As everyone else stated, do not try the flasher or fairy. You will regret it.
