It's a tracking system like what's available on Ebay, if you enter into a transaction with another R2R member, you can leave feed back based on your experience with the other member....you have three options to pick: positive (deal went smoothly), neutral (deal went through but not smoothly) negative (bad deal); all three are helpful to other R2R members.
It's a good system, unfortunately too many members do not take the time to submit feed back of check out feedback.
To access feedback, click on a members user name, click on the users profile, and it will be the first tab on the screen.
