What's going on with my toadstool?

I've had this toadstool for 7 months and it has tripled since. Over the last month a couple of polyps have floated off of their skeletons. All other corals doing great! 60 gallon mixed reef, water parameters are great, 20 gallon water changes done about every two weeks, two AI Prime HD lights.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

You might want to look into "Polyp Bailout." I don't think I've ever heard a definitive answer as to why this happens, but it might be due to a spike in ones parameters or perhaps a form of reproduction. Not sure. GL.
 
That looks like a hammer could something have gotten on the skeleton like sand are something I've had them do that when they are being annoyed.
