What's my lobo doing

Hi all
My lobo has been doing this for a few weeks now , anyone know why ?

Those are mesenterial filaments, and internal structure. LPS may display them during stress and sometimes associated with changes in chemistry after a water change.

My alk and Cal have been Abit up and down of late as I had a faulty doseing pump so maybe it's showing me it's not happy ,thanks
