What do you all think?

Should I consider it a pest?
Definitely a flatworm and I’d consider it a pest. Do you see them on the glass at all? Especially at night? I think it would be worth it to do a quick dip and see what comes off of it, if possible. With flatworms, chances are if you see one then there could be a bunch.

Shucks I have seen them on my glass. Whats recommended for dealing with them?

They are not the end of the world but they can reach some pretty crazy proportions. Some may recommend a 6line wrasse but that’s hit or miss if they’ll go after them. I’ve had good luck with flatworm ext. I’ve used it a couple times over the years with no I’ll effect. Depending on the flatworm, they can release toxins when they die. It’s best to syphon out the ones you can see. Treat the tank and then do a water change after. Then I run a fresh batch of carbon. It’ll take care of them, once I had to do two treatments back to back but that whipped them out.
