Hard to tell from these pictures but it could be lymphocystis. I had a damsel with it and it looked close.

Still pretty difficult to see, but a single spot that size usually isn’t one of the serious disease issues like velvet or ich. It isn’t in a common location for lymphocystis.
Is the fish showing any other symptoms like rapid breathing or not eating? Is it housed with a fish it could be fighting with? If not, I don’t see anything to treat it for at this point.

Thank you Jay! He is acting fine. I noticed my royal gramma, Takis (lol) is a bully towards him ugh he also hides and sleeps in live rock so I wondered if it was a scratch or a perhaps bite.
