Hey what's up.

So, I noticed these things on my corals. 1 is a Frogspawn and the other is a Torch. This is right as the lights are coming on for the day. I turned on only whites for the picture. I noticed the Torch had this a few months ago. It's like a cotton looking consistency so I scrapped it off . Then, I noticed it came back last week. I decided to leave it as my Torch isn't showing any signs of stress. Is it growing something new?

As for the Frogspawn, this looks like it's budding. It puffs up so big during the day so I didn't notice it until this morning.

Bottom left of Frogspawn and top right of the Torch
Nothing to be concerned about right?

Hard to tell from the pics, but they look like Spirobid worms. Harmless and healthy if they are.

I am no expert of this so I would advise further opinions before a final decision.
