Welcome! Glad you joined. Have you tried siphoning out the bubble algae bubbles without breaking them? We used a little tube and it really helped us get to the other side of that (along with Vibrant, but that wasn't the only nuisance algae at the time)

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID). Entirely up to you, but you might want to do a thread for each tank (but you only get one badge)

I have tried a bit when doing a water change they dont get sucked off. I have taken out the rocks and manually took them (almost) all off. Being carful to try my best at not popping them. Within a few weeks all back again. Going to try another emerald crab, first one didn't touch them unfortunately. :(

It is not clear how often you are siphoning, but "within a few weeks all back again" seems like you aren't at least weekly going after all of those you can if not every couple of days.

If you can't exchange that much water with actual water change, then perhaps try attaching a nylon stocking (if you're a guy and try stealing part of your girl friend's pantyhose, she will notice if you patch with duct tape). This way water flows back into sump but bubble algae 'bubbles' collect and can be removed. If bubbles pop from too fast water flow/pressure from siphon tube into stocking, then you need a longer piece of nylon stocking (and if you are a guy now stealing the other pantyhose leg... just hide the 'panty' center portion in the bottom of the trashcan and play dumb if missing pantyhose comes up in conversation).
