What's wrong with my AI Primes?

Whether I run the schedule i created, and have been running for quite some time, or even the popular Saxby schedule, my lights are off... they went off at 9pm, 10 minutes ago. I've had this problem once before so I waiting to the next day and redid the schedule and they've been working fine...I don't get what is causing the lights to turn off
