Whats wrong with my blue hippo tang? I left my house for 4 days during thanksgicing break and my healthy blue tang suddenly developed what looks like to be velvet or ich or soet type of bacterial infection. I need a second opinion so i know what to treat for. He doesnt just have the characteristic polka dots but he also has white splotches that make it look likena bacterial infection. He is still eating and swimming perfectly but ik it can get bad quickly especially if its velvet. Could it be both? Please help!

Looks to be ich. You need to treat all fish at 2.2-2.5ppm copper in copper power, coppersafe in a separate container or tank at 81F for 30 days minimum and keep the display empty for about 45 days.
