Yes, popeye in one eye is usually and injury. The epsom salt should help wtih the swelling, but isn't a cure. If the fish can't heal on it's own and it gets cloudy with infection you may want to look at antibiotics.

It generally subsides by itself with no help from you. But you can use those meds mentioned as they won't hurt.
If it doesn't go away or gets worse, I can tell you how to cure it in ten seconds, maybe 12. But give it time first. :rolleyes:
