What's wrong with this yellow tang?

I've got a large (538) reef tank that's about 9 months old, so still some ups and downs although the numbers have been very good throughout.

In the tank I have 6 Biota yellow tangs. One of them has developed a weird white/gray streak, see attached. It seems to be acting normally...

I've done a bunch of searching but can't find anything quite like it. Anyone have any idea what it is? If so, without a hospital tank, is there any recommended treatment that won't hurt the corals or inverts?

This looks to be bacterial and may have stemmed from injury including dietary as it’s Slightly lean for a yellow
Any squabbling with tank mates?
What foods are you offering?

Question is it on both sides. How long has it taken to spread? Where did it start - is it still spreading from area. -as compared to getting overall larger? Check out this thread - in which both @vetteguy53081 if slow growing, its more likely to be mycobacterium of some sort - if fast, vibrio. If on both sides, a very odd HLLE (which I very seriously doubt)
