Prolly this guy for now. It's my kombucha from Cherry Corals. Not the best pic, but you should get the vibe.

This gave me a chance to take a look at my excel program and update it. It seems that $25 is my limit:)

I have $25 for:

Fruit loops 5 heads
Undata frag - nice purple rim went away in my tank after 2 weeks
sunset milli - this was a really big frag
Green torch - this is now the biggest coral in my tank.

Here is a full tank shot - You can only see one of the expensive corals. It seems the cheap ones grow faster and that is why they are cheap.

An orange short tentacle plate coral that was about 6 inches in diameter. It's skeleton lives in my sump in hope that it will spawn a new one. I melted away after about 6 months when we introduced a copper banded butterfly. Beautiful fish but I guess it thought the tentacles were worms or something. I believe we paid $350-400 for it. Took the fish back shortly after as well.

This is after the fish found it. Happened overnight.

About a month after that is when my tank crashed. The first to go was this acan colony. About $250.

So after the rebuild I stuck to under $100 as of now to get my confidence back up.

Size has a lot to do with it. $200 colony would be my max out range but my LFS will work a deal for the expensive stuff. But never paying a bunch for a small frag, $60 and it better be entirely incrusted and nice looking if it's a frag plug. Really get a blast out of the cheap stuff that grows into something nice. I got a free piece of Hollywood Stunner and it's grown twice the size of my hand

hmmm lets see. WWC Pink Panther, WWC 500 Degree, and Bali Shortcake currently. OG Purple Monster and Walt Disney soon.
my rainbow acans were $100/head. it started with 2 heads. 3 years later it's 30 heads... so it is likely my most expensive...
I need pictures
