To me, if a company only does work on Facebook, and doesn't create their OWN website, this raises red flags.
I understand profit margins are tight and money needs to be saved every place they can, but, doing these practices (deleting posts) harms the bottom line more than just paying for, and maintaining your OWN website that has REAL customer support.
What company doesn't like free advertising?
What company doesn't like a free platform to post pics/promote knowing data is money?
What these companies miss is not everyone uses/likes Facebook, and deleting posts on said platform doesn't go unnoticed. That costs more, I would think, than to just make a site, maintain it, and use that for any product issues, because only the company would see it. Seems like a case of Vera shooting off her own pinky-toe.
