When to harvest phyto

First attempt at growing phytoplankton. Saw great results with using ocean magik in my tank and figured I'd give it a go trying to grow my own. Used the butt end of the ocean magik so maybe 1 oz or so to start. Added the Fritz two part algae food stuff. Everything started last Wednesday. Pictures show color it started at vs where it is today. Since I started with a small amount, should I give it another day or two to darken up or just go ahead and split now?

Yea, and i saw it help a ton with out competing nuisance algae as well

Yea, I had some cyano and a little BS algae stuff going on. Cleared it up right away

Wow good stuff, that's awesome. I would imagine the darker you let the culture get, the more mileage you'll get from it.

When to harvest phytoplankton and copepods

Is this nannochloropsis phyto ready to harvest? Also, Copepods have been "cooking" for three weeks now and I don't know if I should a) Just add enough saltwater to roughly double the volume? b) Sieve it and use all new water? c) Leave it be? Thanks in advance. This is my first attempt at...
